The Barclays logo was designed in 1999 by Rodney Mylius and Andy Payne at Newell & Sorrell and modified in 2004 by Williams Murray Hamm. The colour is blue (Pantone Process Cyan).

Barclays uses its proprietary typefaces Expert Sans and Expert Serif, both designed by Rodney Mylius at Newell & Sorrell, and Expert Humanist, designed by Jonathan Hubbard at Interbrand.
